Katie Bell

For over 25 years Ms. Bell has served as an executive growth leader and trusted consultant to preeminent healthcare organizations. Currently serving on the Korn Ferry Healthcare Leadership Team, she leads Global Accounts driving growth through best practice partnerships. 

Previous career work includes the Advisory Board Company and The Gallup Organization, where Ms. Bell partnered with Executives and Board Members to build high performance transformational work forces. 

She holds extensive human capital consulting experience with a focus on organizational development, CEO succession, talent acquisition and workforce wellness.

Co-founder of the Wellbeing Index, Ms. Bell co-created a database of population health and well-being information that provided world leaders metrics to measure the health and wellness needs of U.S. and global populations.

Ms. Bell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has completed Executive Education coursework at Harvard University in Cambridge. 

She is currently a Member of the University of Nebraska College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board, a Trustee of the USA Artistic Swimming Foundation Board and a member of the Dreamweaver Foundation Board of Directors.
