During his time at Fusion Medical Staffing, he served as Director of Long-Term Care and Director of External Partnerships, where he led expansion into the LTC market, built key industry partnerships, and helped develop innovative staffing solutions to address workforce shortages.

He currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Superb Shifts, driving national growth and advancing a technology-enabled approach to healthcare staffing. As Fund Development Committee Chair for the Dreamweaver Foundation, Matthew is focused on building sustainable funding strategies and partnerships to support the organization’s mission of granting lifelong dreams to seniors and veterans.
