Phil Taylor

Executive Director

Phil, a native of Salt Lake City who was raised in Illinois, holds a B.A. in Political Science from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Nebraska Omaha. His professional journey began in the news industry, where he assumed leadership roles such as General Manager at the Daily Nonpareil and President at the Omaha World-Herald. Transitioning to the tech sector, Phil served as VP of Sales and Marketing and Omaha Market President at Five Nines Technology before embarking on a career in the non-profit sector, assuming the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Children’s Square.

Phil comes to Dreamweaver Foundation with a deep understanding of philanthropy, particularly in Omaha and Council Bluffs and is passionate about supporting our mission as he continues to actively engage with various non-profit boards across the metro area. Additionally, he is a proud member of the Leadership Council Bluffs Alumni Association.

Phil, happily married to his wife of 25 years, Kim, takes immense pride in their children, Ryan (23) and Rayven (18). When not advocating for his community, Phil enjoys quality time with his family, jogging, and traveling to Illinois and Florida to visit extended family.
