Motorcycles are a family tradition when it comes to the Lescarbeau family. Over the years, Norm, his siblings, and now his children, have made many fond memories riding together. Over the past few years, Norm has been unable to enjoy the motorcycle rides he once cherished. His Dream was simple – he wanted to take one last motorcycle ride. Though things have changed over the years, and Norm could not drive a motorcycle himself, he could still enjoy the beauty of a ride!
With a family full of motorcycle enthusiasts, his children wanted to be there to enjoy the moment together. Norm’s family traveled in from several states for his big day. To get in the spirit, Norm’s family sported matching t-shirts reading ‘Norm rides on 2022.’
And with the help of our friend and fellow motorcyclist, Roy, Norm was able to do just that! Norm got his motorcycle ride, but with one small difference, he enjoyed the ride in a sidecar! Norm’s sons rode alongside him while cruising around Omaha. Norm enjoyed taking in the sights and experiencing his ride while sharing the moment with his son and family following along.
When it came time to come end the ride, Norm joined his family at Platte State Park for a picnic. While taking in the fresh air, the family had a delicious meal of his favorite summer foods catered by Hy-Vee. And they enjoyed reconnecting and reminiscing about their motorcycle rides of days past. Dreamweaver was honored to help fulfill Norm’s motorcycle Dream and provide the entire family with the memory of a beautiful adventure that will last a lifetime!
