Mark is considered the social butterfly of his living community. Whether he is announcing Bingo numbers, “bartending” during happy hour, or helping his fellow residents in the dining hall, Mark always offers a friendly smile. His outgoing personality and willingness to serve others has led Mark to build strong relationships with his neighbors. Knowing Mark’s 50th high school reunion was approaching Dreamweaver Foundation was contacted to ensure Mark could attend!
On May 19, 2023, Mark made his way back to Holdridge, Nebraska to celebrate his 50th high school reunion! For such a milestone occasion, the class of 1973 had planned a fun-filled weekend of activities. Friday night kicked things off with classmates reuniting to mingle and reminisce. Saturday continued the trip down memory lane, as Mark made his way to the Sun Theater following a tour of the High School. As Mark walked the halls of the school some fifty years later, he was delighted to see all the interior renovations and changes!
Of course, no celebration is complete without a toast! Mark and his classmates enjoyed a special toast with “1973” – a limited-edition beverage brewed by one of his fellow classmates! The Dream team was thrilled to assist Mark in attending his high school reunion, to not only remember the good times of the past but make some new memories as well!
