Margaret dreamed of celebrating her upcoming 77th birthday with her husband, Otis. Their birthdays are only 11 days apart and it had been a while since the couple were able to spend time together. The Dream Team helped plan a joint birthday party for Margaret and Otis, alongside their loved ones, on August 30th (which was Otis’ birthday). Margaret requested fried fish and chips for their meal and cupcakes for dessert. Her family also knew that she would enjoy a small glass of Stella Rosa blueberry wine – and she did!
While there were last minute changes to the party guests, Margaret and her daughters made the most of their mother’s Dream. They enjoyed the fish from Shuck’s, cupcakes from Nothing Bundt Cake, and of course, the tasty fruit wine. There were big smiles on the birthday girl’s face while she posed for photos next to the sign that read “Happy Birthday, Margaret and Otis.” Unfortunately, Otis was unable to attend, but their daughters made sure to deliver the food and sweets to their father following the party – it was like having two birthday celebrations in one!
Another Dream of Margaret’s was to go shopping at the mall following her birthday party. She was given a Visa gift card by the Dream Team that allowed her to buy what she wanted during her shopping trip. The hardest store for Margaret to leave was Bath and Body Works – she loved all the yummy smells! Dreamweaver Foundation is happy to have helped make Margaret’s birthday very special for her.
