Jeff, an Omaha native, is a shareholder of the Omaha law firm, McGrath North Mullin & Kratz, PC LLO. His law practice focuses on all aspects of taxation, estate planning and administration, and corporate and business law. He has advised all types of clients, ranging from individuals just starting a new business, a married couple arranging their estate plan, a widow dealing with her spouse’s probate and estate administration, to a Fortune 500 company needing transactional tax planning services.
Jeff is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Chambers USA. He also is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
Jeff is excited to join the Board of Directors of the Dreamweaver Foundation. Both of his parents died within the past few years and learning of the Foundation’s mission to make lifelong dreams come true for terminally ill seniors struck a strong chord with Jeff to assist this wonderful mission. In addition to his work with the Dreamweaver Foundation, he is active in his Church and is currently serving as the Treasurer of the Episcopal Diocese of Nebraska.
