Jeanie grew up on a small farm near Decatur, Nebraska. She lived a simple life and her parents instilled the values of working hard and to always take care of others. Jeanie met her husband, Ron, in high school and in 1986 they were married. Jeanie began her career at Mutual of Omaha and also worked alongside her husband to start a wealth management firm in Omaha, Nebraska, Carson Wealth Management Group.

As the Carson family began to grow, Jeanie was blessed to be able to stay home and raise their three children – Chelsie (Will) Morales, Maddie Carson, and Grant Carson. For the next 25 years, Jeanie dedicate her life to her family and children, attending school events, athletic events, and helping Ron with the family business. During that time, Jeanie also began giving back to the community Ron and her loved so much. Over the years, Jeanie has been the Co-Chair for the Child Saving Institute Gala, Co-Chair for the Salvation Army DJ Hero’s luncheon, a member of the Elkhorn Public School Foundation Board of Directors, and Honorary Chair for JDRF’s most successful Gala to date.

In 2012, Jeanie and her husband Ron, founded Dreamweaver Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling end-of-life dreams for seniors with terminal illnesses. Jeanie served as President of the foundation from 2012 to 2015, and is currently serving as an active member of the Board of Directors.

Jeanie remains very active in the Omaha community today. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and taking the family dog, Nellie, to visit patients in area hospitals and nursing care facilities.
