Erinn Drouin

Director of Operations

Erinn grew up in Minnesota before moving to New Hampshire in high school. Erinn has three siblings that are her very best friends, and their bond, even at an early age, taught her the importance and meaning of family. Now that love of family is carried over into all she and her husband do for their son and daughter, Alex and Kate.

Erinn began her career in non-profit with the American Cancer Society fifteen years ago before finding her way to the Alzheimer’s Association. This is where she fell in love with the opportunity to serve and support families facing the difficult journey that comes with dementia diagnosis. Quickly, Erinn’s mission in life became to amplify the voices of families facing a diagnosis through both education and fundraising efforts. Erinn spent several years as the State Development Director for the Nebraska Chapter Alzheimer’s Association before taking the opportunity to directly support families as an Executive Director in Memory Care.

Erinn comes to the Dreamweaver Foundation with a heartfelt understanding of the importance in seeking opportunities to support families navigating terminal diagnoses and helping to find ways to create moments of joy. Erinn is still an active volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association, both as a Community Educator and Support Group Facilitator. Erinn is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Erinn enjoys spending time outside with her kids and exploring new parks and hidden outdoor gems!
