Growing up in Nebraska, Chester has been a lifelong Cornhusker fan! Over the years, Chester has attended countless games and was a season ticket holder, allowing him to attend plenty of Husker games. With Chester’s love for the Huskers in mind, our friends at Dunklau Gardens reached out to Dreamweaver Foundation to see if we could assist Chester in returning to Memorial Stadium once again.
With such a rich history in attending games, it was only fitting that Chester attended the game to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Memorial Stadium. On October 21, 2023, Chester was gifted with a beautiful fall day as he made his way to Lincoln with his wife and daughter. Once in the stadium, Chester soaked in the sun and the views from his balcony club seating, courtesy of our friends at the Nebraska Athletics Department! Chester enjoyed cheering the Huskers as they clenched their fourth win of the season.
After the game, Chester went to JC Steakhouse, where he enjoyed a delicious meal. With a steak on his mind, Chester was not disappointed when he received a mouth-watering steak. Chester had a wonderful day returning to Memorial Stadium and looks forward to cheering on the Huskers for the remainder of the season!
