What is your Bucket List Dream?
My Bucket List Dream is to see a world where epidemics caused by lifestyle choices will be cut by 50% over my lifetime. Many people aren’t aware of the tremendous impact their collective daily choices on things such as food, exercise, faith, and parenting have on not only their individual health and well-being but also the impact on community. I would love to see us get back to a “simpler” existence that focuses on helping people make better choices that result in a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives that are connected in a positive way.
How has virtual connection played a role for your employees over the last couple of years?
Over the past couple of years, our business has transitioned into a world of virtual connectivity in a way that we could never have anticipated due to the pandemic. While we now have a hybrid approach to our work and offer more flexibility to our employees, we have recognized that our most powerful and meaningful work is conducted when we are together. By having a period of time in which close-knit, in-person relationships with each other and our clients were limited, we’ve learned that we genuinely missed the meaningfulness of these relationships. Today more than ever, many have become more grateful and value the importance of connecting with others in-person and have learned to leverage the connectivity of others virtually as another powerful option for advancing our cause.
